Indoors meets outdoors throughout creating a feeling of light and space. The 12 distinctly individual suites are designed to be amongst Turkey’s best. High-ceilinged and exceptionally spacious each is encased in walls of glass framing the most dramatic sea views no matter what time of day or night. No design detail has been overlooked, with open-plan living areas decorated in crisp, neutral tones with contemporary fixtures and fittings and a smattering of artefacts throughout, together with bathrooms built in hamam-style with both a huge bath and a Monsoon shower for two.
The theme of inside-outside living in combination with considerable private space is highlighted by virtually the entire facing of each suite opening completely onto outdoor private areas with decking and a garden terrace with seating and, of course those wondrous views. Indeed, four of the suites open onto their own private pool.
No matter how stunning your suite the eye cannot help but be drawn by the azure waters below which stretches into the distance beyond. Beautiful paths lead down through the wild gardens and past the three tiers of suites to the water’s edge.
Set just above the shore is a decked infinity pool with gardens that continue down to meet the sea, with scattered wooden loungers and parasols and occasional tables dotted along its cool recesses.
On reaching the water’s edge you will discover a tranquil private waterfront where the only sound is gentle waves lapping the shore. Here beach and swimming platforms are built into the rocks to provide an elegant spot for spending the day relaxing by the sea. Naturally the attentive team are on hand to serve your every need throughout the day from the poolside restaurant and bar.
The hub of this amazing property s the pool and waterfront and several nights a week the pool is open till late for guests to enjoy a cool dip against a backdrop of stars. It is the perfect spot for watching the astonishing sunsets followed by the moon as it is reflected in the sea, a much-revered phenomenon known as Yakamoz in Turkish.
For the more energetic there are kayaks to explore the bay and mountain bikes for discovering the peninsula and guests can go hiking in the hills of the Lycian Way which passes close to the hotel. It’s also possible to play tennis at Kas marina and to visit a local sailing club where laser and hobby cat sailing can be enjoyed by prior arrangement. Perhaps choosing to return to a relaxing spa treatment in the privacy of your suite.
It’s hard to imagine a more perfect location, however if you can drag yourself away the archetypical harbour town of Kaş is on hand to explore, just a 10-minute drive with a complimentary shuttle service provided five evenings a week.
The hotel provides the ideal location to recharge your batteries in idyllic, luxurious and highly unusual surroundings with, of course, outstanding service to match.

Location:
The region between Köyceğiz and Antalya which encompasses the Teke Peninsula was known as Lycia in the ancient times. Although the Teke peninsula has been occupied since the Stone Age, it seems Kaş was founded by the Lycians, and its name in Lycian language was Habesos or Habesa. It was a member of the Lycian League, and its importance during this time is confirmed by the presence of one of the richest Lycian necropolis. The ancient Greeks later gave it the name of Antiphéllos or Antíphilos, since it was the harbor in front of the city of Phellos. Located at the crossroads between Karia and Lycia, Antiphéllos was famous for exporting sponges and timber during the Roman period.
The town suffered because of Arab incursions, and then was annexed (under the name of Andifli) to the Anatolian Sultanate of Rûm, led by the Seljuks. After the demise of the Seljuks, it came under the Ottomans during the reign of Sultan Yıldırım Bayazıt.
Kaş as the closest point to the Greek Island of Megisti (Meis Adası in Turkish and Kastelórizo in Greek) is a real natural paradise. The modern hotels built on Çukurbağ Peninsula which projects toward the Mediterranean offer great accommodation options in Kaş. There is a 3 km long walking trail around the peninsula with great views.
The town of Kaş has a Hellenistic theatre and many other places of historical interest; and it has spots of natural beauty, including excellent beaches, and a number of interesting caves, some of them underwater.
